Shipping Info: When your order has been completed, you shall receive an email receipt confirming the details of your order. All orders will be packed and dispatched within a week of the receipt of the order. (Currently it can take up to 2 weeks before your order is dispatched)

Delivery time:
Europe & UK: 4 – 14 days (currently up to 2 months)
Rest of World: 7 – 28 Days (currently up to 2 months)

Currently many of our packages arrive with a delay, as a result of Covid and Brexit. Unfortunately that delay is beyond our control. Because of this situation, please allow up to 2 months for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns of download products, but offer a returns policy on all physical items.

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).

Goods returned must be “as new” with no damage.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.
